Participation conditions
The registration is closed.
The confirmation of participants will take place in two phases:
Phase I: One person per organisation
From beginning of April – 15 May
- Network partners
One participant per Network partner organisation can be registered - Associate members
One participant per organisation can register - Speakers
Speakers will not be counted in the Network quota
At the cut-off date (15 May), WKO takes stock of the actual registrations. EEN Partners who have registered one participant will be validated.
From 15 May – 15 June
Those partners who did not yet register will be reminded by WKO to do so by 15 June.
Phase II: Second person per organisation
From 15 June – 15 September
We may confirm a second participant from the same organisation, depending on the availability of places. Allocation of remaining places on a "first come, first served basis".
